Collab.Land turns three!
This May, Collab.Land proudly celebrates its 3rd birthday! What started as an experiment of "token gating," has grown into the leading web3 community tool.
Deepest gratitude to everyone who made this journey possible. Our dedicated core team, insightful advisors and investors, and engaged community administrators and members — each one of you has contributed significantly to what we've achieved. It could not have happened without you!
In 2023, we reached two significant milestones: launching a DAO with its own token and releasing a series of short documentaries at letsformgroup.xyz. But this is just the tip of the iceberg!

ChainPatrol
ChainPatrol brings an essential security and safety feature to Collab.Land communities. Using this Miniapp, you can easily check any URL against ChainPatrol's blocklist of known phishing sites. Additionally, if you come across a scam URL, you can report it to ChainPatrol, and the report will be associated with your Discord username. The association lets community leaders know who is helping to keep their community safe.

W3W.ai

Collab.Land is a read-only application. When you sign a message to add a new wallet, you attest that you own a particular wallet address. Collab.Land reads the public blockchain to verify that a member’s wallet addresses are connected to the required token addresses to grant roles.
There is no opportunity for Collab.Land to have access to anything other than your public wallet addresses, which are viewable to everyone.
